Dr. Shobhana Chandra is a highly distinguished Dental Surgeon with over 25 years of clinical and academic experience. As a specialist in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, she has dedicated her career to advanced restorative care, precision implantology, and pioneering work in oral oncology. An avid researcher, Dr.Chandra has published numerous articles in international and national journals. She has been chairperson, panelist & speaker in many conferences.

Endodontics & Restorative Care: Specialist in “day-to-day” and complex endodontic practice since 2000.

Oral Implantology: Practicing advanced dental implants since 2007, with recent certifications in hard/soft tissue augmentation and complete implant prosthodontics (2025).

Microsurgical Regeneration: Certified in soft tissue and perio-defect microsurgery from AIIMS New Delhi(2023).

Advance endodontics: Practice micro-endodontics and laser disinfection in clinic.

Academic Leadership: Formerly served as a Professor in the Department of Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics at the Purvanchal Institute of Dental Sciences.Gorakhpur(U.P)

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Chandra is a passionate advocate for public health. She runs an Oral Cancer Detection Centre in Muzaffarpur, providing early detection, biopsies, and surgical treatment for precancerous lesions. She also operates a rehabilitation center for individuals seeking to quit tobacco and smoking(Tobacco De-addiction
centre).She also running a education platform known as Dental Education Forum to trained upcoming dentists regarding innovation and upgradation in dentistry by regularly conducting seminars & conferences.
